So, does anyone have samples/sketches of their new uniforms? Comp season is around the corner.... just wondering. I love to see what the new styles are every year, and what originality the gym owners put into their uniforms.

Does anyone have some good ideas for competition snacks. i hate eating at the competition because the food is nasty and high in calories and fat. So any suggestions on easy snacks that are healthy?

I was just looking at a competition schedule for an upcoming event when i noticed that jamfest now combines the all Small, Large, And Coed teams together in the junior division if they have no competition. What do you think about this? Is it good or bad? Why or why not?

I know it's a early, but it seems that everyone is saying they are going to Athletic Championships in January this year. I love this competition and actually thinks it is one of my favorites. t sounds like it's going to be huge this year. Just curious who is actually going to be there.
