New to cheer

My daughter is new to cheer, I was just wondering if all gyms play favortism with the girls, pitting one against the other, or am I just at the wrong gym?

We attended the GSSA competition today and someone mistakenly picked up my daughters backpack. It was an American Championships (Navy) sling back. Her warm ups, cell phone and ugg boots were in there. If anyone saw it or accidently picked it up please let me know. Thank you for your help

There was a really big comp in Nor Cal yesterday..I had to work :( Can't seem to get a rundown of all the teams, levels, uniforms etc. Except the mishap. Did anyone go?
