On July 1-2 the first bids were given for Worlds in both Cheer and Dance in the International divisions at Future Cheer in England The rule change of no crossovers significantly effected bids given and/or accepted at this first International competition. Check out the details on Future Cheers...

So I just became aware that at this point in the game, there are still some programs where kids have NO IDEA WHAT TEAM THEY ARE ON YET! Am I wrong or is that just insane?? Aren't most teams like, halfway through choreography by now?? I know some teams are already done with choreography! I can't imagin...

I was wondering if anyone, maybe other flyers or coaches, could give me some good stretching ideas for scorpians. My back muscles are really tight and i need to get a scorpian for this season.. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated! : ) Good luck to all this season!

Just wanted to drop a note and say that we had a great time at Summer Jam. Your gyms always make us feel so welcome and we really enjoyed ourselves. It is so much less stress to throw new skills in such a relaxed enviroment before stepping on the floor at the begining of the season! Thanks for a great day!

With all of the talk about heat, just wanted to let you know that it is going to be only 85 degrees on Saturday for Summer Jam. I am thinking of wearing a jacket to stay warm-as I am use to sweating.

Our gym is starting a parent team this year but I'm having a hard time finding associations who has a division for the parents to compete. I know cheergyms.com had a parents team, well, one of the gyms did but where did you guys compete? I know Jamsfest does but I'm finding it difficult to find more. PLEAS...

Here's a new topic that might be fun to discuss before competitions start. I saw a lot of the same stunts (or very similar) used by teams throughout the season. Is it okay to copy stunts you see other teams perform? How about something you saw last season that you want to try yourself this season? Maybe so...
