Are any other teams planning to go to worlds next year ??. Our coaches have scheduled this competition for April 2007. It sounds like fun in Florida. What other teams are planning to sign up for the World competition ???. www.clubcheertwister.com- No drama just cheer.
If you look on thier site they do have Worlds on the schedule. Do the coaches or owners know they have to get a bid to go to Worlds ?? I havent really heard of the Twisters (Club Cheer- not Maryland) That does take some confidence to put Worlds on thier schedule but they might want to inform the rest of the team that you just dont sign up for Worlds- You have to earn it and it's not easy !!! And what's this " No drama - Just Cheer" Is that some kind of inside joke ???
They know they need a bid. They tried for one last year but didn't get it. And that's their little saying no drama just cheer. But as everyone knows you get a bunch of girls together there is going to be drama (no offence to girls guysn can be the same way).
I saw this club at a tiny comp near where I live at the beginning of last season. Their sm co-ed was decent...needed LOTS of polish. But after awards, one girl was running around yelling at people from other teams, and crying about things not being fair; no drama? HA! Unless I am mistaken, they had a terrible season and stayed with the high school comps for the most part. They didn't make it past pre-lims at USA in Anaheim, and that comp was a joke! Unless they somehow scored a ton of experienced kids, or got new coaches, I would say that putting worlds on a schedule isn't "confident"...it's delusional! Oh, and worlds was on their schedule last year as well. You would think they would have learned!
A cali cheer parent is right. I saw that team at a few competitions that my daughter's team went to. There routine was very creative, but they didn't quite have the skill level to pull it off.
in a weird way u can almost sign up for worlds. like i know a lot of not amazing teams go to comps with no one to compete against and they get the bid. i bet thats what twisters are going to do. sry.
i dont agree with that. i mean technically people can attend a competition that they think no one will be at, but hey maybe a bomb team feels the same way and want to get a bid their so they can go for sure. even last year, i think as far as the rumor spread, people didnt know cheerforce was going to GSSA in sacramento until about a week before. it was a suprise and people knew they would be good.
Vegas is a huge place open 24/7. When you say they are going to Vegas, that suggests A LOT of possible competitions. Which competition are you speaking of? I am thinking of JAMZ in March.
