I had a question for other coaches and gym owners. When deciding teams does the gym owners and coaches discuss the decision of team placement or does the owner just do it on there own? Also do most gym owners have a cheer background? Say cheered in college or at least high school? Not just a mom??

I was just wondering what you all thought about some of these teams with crazy make up and vegas style Unis? It seems that the very best in the world don't bother with any of it. (Top Gun, Cheer Athletics, Stingrays etc.)

So now that the kids are at camp, what are you going to do with your free time. Is it as uneventful as mine, working? I'm sure going to enjoy not having to spend 2.5 hours on the road three times a week driving her back and forth to practice these next couple of weeks.
