Our gym just started closed practices for all teams but our youth girls. Do other gyms do this and what do you think of it. They do allow us to come in for the final 15 minutes of practice.

double down help!

All of the flyers on the team I coach can double out of a stretch except one.. but she is tiny and we need to to fly. She gets around 1 1/2 times but can't ever get around 2 full times.
