Can anyone come to watch at Summer Jam? I have a few friends who are thinking about doing cheer and we thought we might want to come and watch. We don't know where or what time. Does it cost to get in like other competitions?

Can a cheerleader practice to much? I read a lot of mountain biking and fitness magazines and in the fitness section they always talk about taking days off to let your muscles repair themselves. With that said, not truly understanding what cheer does to your body, can a cheerleader practice to much?
