ok so we ordered bows from yella ribbon and we love our bows. we got the big bold 3 glitz style....... we need some suggestions on how to make hem not look so stiff??? any suggestions or help you can offer would be great? what neat secrets do you have HELP US PLEASE

when is the first competition in general to give out bids?? Comp season is almost well underway!! How exciting... I cant wait... Good luck to EVERYONE this season!! :)

My daughter and I attended One Athletics parent showcase this evening to watch friends. I don't believe it was all of their teams...Sr 4 and 5 and possibly a level 2 team? Wow! What positive energy and exciting atmosphere! There is some definate cleaning up to do, but watch out because there is huge pot...

There is supposed to be another team called OC who is all over these boards. I already know of Orange County, but someone said there was another team called OC from around northern california. Thanks cheer people.

why does it keep coming up bold as if there is a new message, but when I click on it there's no new message. the moderators aren't always on at that time, so I'm pretty sure that it's not 15 totally out of line bashing posts just this morning.

Can someone give detailed explainations of the purpose of each person in a partner stunt? Of course, I do know that its the base's jobs to get the flyer up and keep the flyer in the air. So, what do the 2 main bases do? Do they do the same job? How about the backspot in comparison to the main bases? And...

Ive been seeing less and less people doing individuals each year. Why do you think this is? I thought with the new way that they split them into levels there would be more people getting involved, but i guess not. Is there anyone in your gym planing to do them this year?
