I don't believe Desert Storm has ever ventured to Northern California for any competitions. Their Large Sr level 5 team took 2nd place at American Grand in LV behind Cheer Athletics. Looks like if you want to see them you'll probably have to go to a Southern California competition.
What I don't understand is they have 2 teams listed in Large Seniors. Why would they do that? Competing against themselves for a Worlds bid in the same division? Anyone have inside information on that one?

OC Mom, Mom of 5 great kids! A cheerleader/softball player, a RETIRED cheerleader, a football/baseball player, 1 Airman and future Police Officer and one college student!
Its not a typo, from what I understand they have girls on the Senior 4 with Level 5 skills so they are allowing them to compete there skills in hopes that they may be stronger than some of the other teams going for a bid.
None of the girls cross over so if they both were to get a bid it would only be good for the gym. Its just the same when Power brings Small and Large Senior to Super Six the only difference is that many of the girls cross. In this case they do not.
Goodluck to everyone this weekend. I am excited to see what happens!
Hopefully someone can keep us informed tonight about VOS competition in Arizona. There are 2 gyms from California attending (Pacific Coast and Stars Extreme). Good luck and let us know how you liked the competition. I don't think most California teams have attended this competition in the past.
Okay, I'm really disappointed. After a nice evening out with friends and family I really expected to come back to the boards and see who got the two partial paid bids from VOS. Aren't there any other ridiculously obsessed people out there that want to know? Oh well. I guess I'll start surfing and see what I can find.
Good luck to teams that will be competing on Sunday locally. Looking forward to results and comments. Its been too long since the last local comp.

Hhahaha .. im obessed too, but I have no idea. Let us know what you find =)
Well, this is all I could find for now. I'm sure "Mom of Two" is taking care of her sick daughter and not too concerned about bids. Hopefully we will here soon. The poster is from Arizona Heat and "Hottness" is their Small Sr 5 team going for a bid. In another post she said a coach from Cheer Athletics came in this week to help clean up their Sm Sr 5 teams routine.

All the teams did amazing! There was great competition in every division! My daughter got sick and started throwing up so we had to leave before the worlds bids were awarded. I will know soon though. All I know is earlier today az heat hotness was in 1st for their division. I absolutely loved the competition. Teams were always saying good luck to others and i saw many gyms cheering for other gyms!
