so the coaches are always saying how gold is never on the board so here i go. lol well basically i think our team has turned out to be amazing! i know for myself i was very very questionable about me and this team in the beginning but damn has it changed!! i actually feel like were a strong team now not only in our skills but the way we are towards each other. every practice new people are encouaging others and i kno it really means alot! even tho our practices seem to be getting harder everytime..its totally paying off and props to us for each practice never giving up. also i just wanted to say that i kno for myself a lot of this all has to do with regina. she has learned how to deal with all the 21 crazy girls! she knows when tp push us but when also to laugh and have a good time. so basically thanks to regina for that and well props to us gold! were gunna be amazing! love you all

Can't wait to see everyone after break! Try not to forget to work out so practice isn't murder when we get back!! =)
