Our program (according to our handbook) prohibits message board postings and the like. I don't know why they put it up with it, everyone else gets in trouble for it!
Often times comments on a message board can be misinterpreted because you cannot know in what tone they are being said. This means that when reading a message you interpret it the way that you "hear" the tone...I personally know serell and I believe that he was just trying to make an opinion but that maybe the way he said it sounded rude even thought it wasn't his intention. He apologized and explained his intentions so I think it should be dropped. Just remember that no matter WHAT you read on these message boards it can be taken rudely or not depending how you interpret the tone...this message board would be a happier place if everyone gave the benefit of the doubt to the intent of the poster.
