At some competitions, you see exhibition teams. What is the reason they do not compete? Are they exempt from entry fees? Most of the time, they have really high skills, so I am assuming they don't fit into a particular division. On the other hand, I see mascot or mini teams perform as an exhibition too..... anyone know the answer?
most of the time its a way to get the kids out there before they compete. For example a mini team might not be ready but going out there just to do so can help them get used to the floor. Another reason could be is that the team will never compete because they're really too young to get a routine together so they'll perform in exhibition. Some parents perfer they're little ones to just perform but not compete. There is less pressure.
