Thanks for the compliment from the above poster.....If I am not mistaken I am sure that UCF is going level 4. We are excited to see everyone this weekend and wish everyone the best of luck!
Yes UCF will be going level 4 this weekend. We have been working 3 years to get to this level and this year my girls have the team to be competitive in level 4. We know we are up against some tough comp, but we are glad to be in a catagory with such great teams like 720 and Airborne.... we love you gus.
Is this the same level 3 team at UCF we saw at Jamz that didn't place? If so, good for you for not being discouraged and moving it up a level instead of simplifying the routine for points (which is what most teams do I think). Good luck, hope you guys do well.
Yes it is the same team. We scored a 93.2 on sunday. We recieved a 10 pt. deduction for doing kickfull baskets, totally our fault as coaches. So with out that deduction we scored very well, we are not discouraged, why would we be?
Yeah for University cheerforce! Glad to see this team moving up the levels. It's always a risk when you change a level. So many times you see teams hold their teams back just for a trophy. taking a chance is good and i am glad to see university cheerforce trying for the next level.
if this is the same team that performed at our summer jam, its going to be really fun to watch. good luck to your teams this weekend. we can't wait to watch you all!
To Nicole, the person who posted did not know that you received a 10 point deduction, only that you didn't place at level 3, and you're upping it to level 4. So I'm sure the don't be discouraged remark meant don't be discouraged by the judging. You'll have some tough competition at level 4, but as someone else pointed out it's great to see teams take risks and go for the gusto instead of taking the easier route and holding back. Good luck, can't wait to see everyone.
I found out half of the comp tomorrow is youth football but afternoon half is all stars. what all star teams are going to sacramento tomorrow? we may want to go and watch... any others that have not posted on here already
Not many all stars are on the schedule; poor turnout overall. Maybe there are just too many comps to choose from, too many teams end up going against nobody. Seeing more and more of that.
I am sooo excited to go to the power competition. Some great programs to watch! Lots of established teams and lots of great up and coming!!!!! These are some of my favorite teams to watch. Always love cheergyms, but I really enjoyed watching Royal last season. Airborne also has lots of great talent! Also heard University Cheer Force is stepping it up!
We wanted to go watch but couldn't make it, let us know how everyone did in the five or so divisions that had competition. Even the rest that had no competition, how did they look?
