Nobody knows what the judges were thinking unless you are one yourself. It gets old when people keep judging the judges. Just be quiet already.

What were/are those judges thinking? That's the question. Nobody knows and that isn't a good thing. These folks should be held accountable to something otherwise you get exactly what Jamz judges do. Personally, I wouldn't want to work as hard as some of the teams do and be judge by people who don't know what they are judging. Good Lord.

I wish you guys worked as hard at the gym as you do complaining about competitions,judges, and other petty issues. People in cheer always look for something to be negative.

ha okay, 99/100 give me a break, they had more touchdowns then I could even count, I'm just overall disappointed, if they were smart they would move to small coed and do extremely well. And yes, cf may have scored to high, but thats what you get when you go to a cheesy jamz comp in the beginning of the season. The teams teams that won should have, and with the average of the top 3 scores, I find it hard to believe that anyone could have beat cheer force. Just an opinion, not on either of the teams.

CheerForce always scores super high. they have such a uique style [not everyone likes it] but still its very unique .. they have great transitions and at leas half the team has doubles .. and the rest at least a full. They utilize the skills they have and showcase them .. and eventhough their dances are always horrid .. they perform them and always score super high on them. Honestly .. no California team is going to beat them..at least this year anyway.

Who exactly is complaining about the scoring at Jamz? So CA coed scored 99 out of 100 and Cheerforce scored 98.5 out of 100 big deal, unless you had the score sheets in front of you then you can't say it is a mistake. It also does not matter if some people on here did not like the routines. I learned a long time ago that it does not matter what you do or say someone will bash you for it on this board. Also, I don't know if it is just me but this board seems to be getting nastier and nastier all the time.

I personally think there is good reason to question the scores. Assuming that every fall and touchdown is a deduction...the scores do not compute!

Instead of complaining about ti just wait till vegas. They will all be there again and they score great so just calm down and wait.

I am more than willing to wait, but if JAMZ has a serious scoring problem, I think it is important to let it be known! I surely don't want to go to any more of their comps if that is how it is! So Vegas is a great comp......our kids work hard for all the comps and they all count! We might as well say that none of it matters till Worlds!

"...let it be known!" to whom? Jamz staff, coaches, cheerleaders, parents? The only result you will get by letting it be known is to contact Jamz directly and give them your opinion. Posting on this board won't get you anywhere. Do you think coaches will stop going to Jamz events because of your opinion on the scoring system? Maybe if you put your name next to your opinion, but otherwise you are an opinion that has no weight behind it. Not trying to be rude, just saying if you want to make an impact, do it with Jamz.

Well gee, thanks! Actually, I have written to Jamz! But I also think it is important that us lowly moms and perhaps coaches and kids know the facts too! I find this interesting, so shoot me! Are you a Mom that had a team competing at Jamz this weekend? Are you also a judge? It is moms like you that are turning this sport in to a disaster area. Every competition is going to have a different style of judging and people like you will always be there to complain if things do not work out exactly as you like. Get over yourself and grow up. You could be the mother people are complaining about on the Pro X board that has her entire team disliking her and is sick of her opinions.

Wow, calm down, lol. Actually, I am not complaining at all! I am asking questions and trying to understand something that seems a bit off. You are really freaking out over nothing....as for my kid's team, I am more than happy with their score but if it was too high, I would rather know it! How horrible of me!! LMAO

If you are on a team at California Allstars or are affiliated with our program you do not need to post anything on this message board. Please do not do so from this point forward. Your coaches are more than capable of representing you as athletes and parents and do not want a bad reputation due to a few disgruntled individuals. California Allstars is a very classy organization and we intend on staying that way. If you have something to say positive about your own team or someone elses, thats awesome. However, getting into little spats on the internet won't make you any better. If you have that much time on your hands then please come to the gym and work on your skills.

I would not worry about people from your gym posting, I have never seen anything negative that would indicate it was someone from your team, the above poster was probably from another team and someone just asked if they were from your team. There is no doubt that you have a stellar reputation and are respected by cheer gyms around the country (even here in Florida). I would like to call attention to your comment on remaining positive, this board is way TOO negative. Why don't we all start talking about the things we like about teams. Remember, if you can't say anything nice, don't say anything at all.
