So you Gym is going to which one? They're both the same weekend (Mar 30-Apr 1).

- American Showcase (in Anaheim)
OR
- Jamfest (in Los Angeles)

American Showcase is a good one to go to to see how you stack up against tough competition and judging similar to Worlds. Jamfest is more for fun. So I guess it depends on how you want to end your season, since that's probably the last one for most. Just my take on it, having been to both. Your mileage may vary.

American Championships is probably the better competition of the two, unless you really want to go to Jamfest Nationals and need to get a bid from them first to go there. Although yesterday our younger youth-aged squads really enjoyed all the "fun" stuff, our older teams thought it was sort of silly. So maybe if you have a lot of youth teams, Jamfest might be more fun for them.

Yes, I would agree. My older daughter (13) thought the Jamfest ceremony was silly, but my younger daughter (8) thought it was really fun.
