Katy...it's official! I love you!!! You work the girls so hard and it WILL pay off. Everyone says you love to condition I guess I just didn't know how much. Thank you I love seeing my daughter wiped out.
To the girls on intermediate: You are all wonderful and have been great welcoming your new teammates. Energy and attitude is positive and there is talent galore! Thanks for making this transition so smooth.
To the other half of the old co-ed team: I wish you could have all stayed together but with the options given there just wasn't enough space available for everyone to be on one team. Good luck to you and your new co-ed team I know you'll do great.
omg...i love this team!!! everyone is so nice and were gunna be great this year!!!! katy and laura.. shockingly, i like the conditioning and the stretching! this is gunna be a great year!
