I'm surprised at that, given the reputation GSSA has for using a scoring system that makes no sense and has no accountability whatsoever. You would think they would do whatever they could to draw gyms in, not give them another reason to stay away. Sorry, just my opinion (and I don't believe I'm alone).
I think GSSA has gotten better. We took teams there a couple years back, and didn't enjoy either event, but they seem to look better. The results were about what I expected so 2 partial bids are a good way to send more teams.
That's good to hear (that they might be improving). We go every year, but I'm always shaking my head at some of the results (even when our teams win)! I'm hoping it's an enjoyable experience this season.
