good job to everyone at practice last night. evryone is improving so much! lloyd threw his toe touch backhandspring along with raquel and lauren pap bui has amazing standing tucks...they look really good! chio kept trying and taying those toe backs...and liz finally landed them! yay steph and kelly doing doubles!!!! tito did a beautiful layout kristen heather ashley caitlyn and kate are all working on fulls!! hayley steped it up and flew...and its was gorgous!
sorry if i missed anyone! but good job to everyone! lets keep up the good work!
Well said Chandler! You ladies continue to jump leaps and bounds. As hard as we seem as coaches know that we see all that you've accomplished as well!
P.S. Great job to Margaret and Katie for learning to base, Ashley for learning to backspot and Alex for trying to fly. This is the attitude that will take us far!

chandler seems to have forgotten herself in that list lol because she threw her toe backs yesterday and not only did she throw them, but she landed them perfectly and they were BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!! way to go chandler!!!!! =)
All im saying is..MY BAD....all these people throwing new skills, as mentioned, as well as chris and lloyd's toss hands press extention, Ali throwing her back handspring (it was with a spot but it was good!) and Loren House for getting back into the air and looking like a natural!! Keep up the great work!!! I cant wait to see who is going to get more skills on Wed.!
WOW lastnight was BANANAS! B-A-N-A-N-A-S! everyone's totally climbin that sucess ladder! and we're all doing it togetherrr! Good job to CHANDLER who's not being a weeny and threw them lastnight and landed them! And for sure mad props to everyone mentioned here and everyone else for just tryin' their hardest fixing their technique and such!! i love you guys! see some of you hotties tonight at tumbling!!
GOLD:: i can already tell that gold is getting SO much better... now EVERYONE is doing things.. there aren't any people who stand behind stunts.. we have flyers on the ground learning to base and are doing great! we have new people trying to throw layouts and fulls and double fulls everyday!! our standing tucks and standing fulls are coming along too! good job you guys! everything is finally coming all together =D
RED:: wow. all i can say is wow. you guys are all stepping it up and looking AWESOME. your stunts are looking wonderful. tumblings looking great. and you all work out your dances. good job ladies, lloyd and chris. =D
