THe gilrs of Tri-Valley Cheer....great practice today for those of you who were there. Practice that jump section everyday! Next week is tumbling so hopefully everyone is condititioning outside of practice as well.
We have a new girl that started today! Her name is April and I have her as a "flyer"....she will be at Sunday's practice....the girls are doing a great job!!!

We're doing a lot of cool stunts, someday i want to come to your practice and teach you guys some stunts :)
