Just curious....What divisions are teams going to be in next year? Is Motions and Pyramids Large or Small Coed, What about NCE, CheerForce and Cali Allstars...
Question for Angie....I Is Pyramids Junior white team going level 5? And since they have one boy, do they compete as Junior coed? Would they have any competition in a coed division?
Airborne has a Small Junior 5 and a Small Senior 5 this year I also hear that Cheer Xplosion is going Small Senior 5 and possibly Athletic Perfection too. Can anyone confirm those?
I was wondering what levels the Pyramid teams are, since they are not mentioned on the website (just colors).
And a question in general, does everyone know for sure at this point what levels they will be, or are they waiting until later in the summer to see what you can put together before deciding? Reason I ask is that I know that some started off level 5, but dropped to level 4 after the first couple/few competitions. Same with level 4's dropping to level 3's.
I think everyone can get a general idea but no one knows for sure. I am sure coaches have plans but until the comp season starts, it's pretty much a wait and see game. For the most part anyway. The fewer the teams in the gym, the easier it would be to make an educated guess, I would imagine.
I am so exited that Pyramids has a Small coed 3 team this year! We have one as well and we always love competiting against awesome teams like you guys! Have a good season!
My friend cheers on Cheer Xplosion. She said the Black and Silver teams are combining. They'll have 20 and will either be level 4 or 5. They also have a large Senior Level 2 team, a small (18 or so) Junior Level 3 team, and a small or large (not sure) level 2 youth team. Their tiny team has about five, so dunno yet on that one. But four teams for sure.
yea, cheer xplosion's black and silver teams are really one team (either excel or advanced). Probably 20? Their senior novice team will be large (25), junior intermediate has 18, youth novice has 21, so I'm not sure small or large. Haven't heard about Athletic Perfection, but they also had a good turnout at tryouts. I think the competition this season should be good and fun to watch, I can't wait for it to start.
I've been to a lot of big comps and haven't seen a lot of teams mentioned on this message board. There are many to choose from and not everyone goes to the same ones. Some websites post which competitions they've attended and how they did, if you're curious about a particular organization. Cheer Xplosion is a Northern California team. I remember them from American Championships (which is a big competition).
Dear Who, you must be from So Cal like us. I have only seen them once also. There's so many comps out there right now, we barely see our own cheer gym neighbors!
We have a level 5 all girl senior team and a level 5 all girl junior team right now. We have 14 cheer teams and may be forming a 15th one as we speak, but we won't know that for sure till our break is over in another week.
Just to clarify to any people that come on here that are not from Nor Cal. Cheer Xplosion is located in Livermore which is not far from Pleasonton and so forth. They had an amazing year last year for all of there teams but especially for there Small Senior 4 team. Alot of times people do not pay attention to teams that do not field Level 5 teams. This Level 4 team from Cheer Xplosion should defenitly be remembered. They had a great routine, beautiful flexibility and great showmanship! They were at some big comps Like American Championship and Jamz, not sure were else they were.
What team are you from? Maybe we have never heard of you and if we have give the smaller gyms a break. I know that alot of the teams mentioned on here might be newer gyms but they make there way to many big National events. What was your schedule this past year?
