SENIOR BLACK- 8 COMMANDMENTS

Ok, I know 6 people on my team (including myself) that used to eat Taco Bell on an almost daily basis. Now.. without it, I'm DYING!! But I feel really healthy at practice and healthy in general, like when I'm eating a sandwich from Quiznos or drinking Jamba Juice or water instead of soda. It's really replenishing to be at practice and not get tired becasue of all that junk food. I dont think anyone on our team would have been able to do those one-hundred-and-something tucks (or in my case, standing fulls) if they had eaten Jack In The Box or McDonalds before practice.

The 3rd Commandment has been helping me get more flexible! Its one of my goals this year to have ridiculously good jumps... So beyond stretching for more than 60 seconds, I listen to a song on my ipod and stretch not just my splits, but my Stradle, Pike, and Side Hurdlers for the duration of the entire song.

The 4th, 5th, 6th, and 7th Commandments have been getting easier and easier everyday, so I think its time for me to up the reps. Perhaps I am getting stronger? =)

The 8th Commandment is the easiest. I've never been on a diet and never thought about being on one, so... yea.

Pretty much.. The 8 Commandments are great!

What about everyone else? How have the commandments been helping you?
