Should I pull my daughter from cheer?

My daughter had begged me to join cheer for a long time and we finally did. Naturally she was on Level 1 for a very small gym. She truly enjoyed cheer this past year and ha progressed so much. She came into the sport already having her splits down and learned how to do a cartwheel and a back walkover. She almost has her round off. At a gymnastic camp they were so impressed with her cart wheels and back walkover because she has her legs perfectly straight. I started to think wow my daughter may be a natural. However, this season of cheer has started out horribly. They barely had enough members join and had announced cheerleaders won't be learning new stunts that are not part of their routine Unless we sign up for privates. As a level one, she has learned everything they do so I was upset with this. Then I learned they will not be competing but performing at competitions which was another blow. Lastly, all I see my daughter do in a routine is lift this girl on her back constantly and it is to the point where she is coming home in pain. I feel like this gym might be killing cheer for her. She is now not wanting to go to practice and her passion which was there before the season is gone. Should I pull my daughter?
