Are you all going to fundraising or what? I know it's going to be touch to come up with $25,000 and more in less than a week, it's pretty bad to expect this with such short notice too.
I hope ya'll will make it to worlds. If not... maybe next year you can plan on fundraising to get you there.
You are making a big assumption that "check it out usasf.net" is a cheergyms.com representative. I think your comment was more rude and I'm really tired of people jumping to conclusions.
I would assume that there is a particular timeframe that each team has to respond to USASF if they are accepting or declining a bid. So the best way to know is go to usasf.net as recommended and see what they say. There is no rule that says a team has to announce on a message board to anonyomous posters if they are accepting or not.
I heard they are in discussions with the parents and kids and trying to decide if they can get the rest of the money. They will decide within the time frame they were given and make an announcement when they are ready! Can everyone just let them do what they need to do as a team and not jump to conclusions and speculations! Thanks!!
