I think it's really all up in the air. However, if American Cheer does come to GSSA this weekend, I would put all my money on them. Mainly because their routine is so solid and pretty much got screwed out of their bid at cheersport due to an illegal pyramid deduction. other than American i would guess:
Power Lg senior
Pyramids
Motions
South Bay Elite
All American
Those are in no particular order. I dont know if you heard about pyramids and motions in atlanta but they both did great routines, I am on Pyramids and I think that both Pyramids and Motions have what it take to be put in the top six, especially if we hit our routine and the same with motions. About the Jamz bid, I heard they were only giving a paid bid to worlds for a lg co ed team. If im incorrect please tell me but if they are only giving a lg co ed bid i would definitely expect to see american this weekend, mainly because after speaking with them in atlanta they said that if they did not get their paid bid in georgia then they would go to usa and if not there then they would come to gssa. either way wouldn't gssa (still in california ) be cheaper for them to go to as opposed to going to jamz in Las Vegas? just a thought.

I guarantee the bid this weekend will NOT be given away to the team who has the most standing fulls, or who throws the most doubles. It is going to be given to the team who hits their routine and really sells it. That is what its really going to come down to. Alot of these teams have faced eachother previously this year, anyone on these teams or close with these teams really knows that all of the teams can be beaten by eachother, but it all depends on who comes with the heat on saturday and sunday...

I heard that Pyramids performed that pyramid at Cheersport and didn't get a duduction for the pyramid, and still ended up in 4th place in their division.

well cheerforce has the difficulty to do it but the problem is they aren't cleaner then power. i think power might just take this one paid and cheerforce unpaid. if it was at american or coa i would go with cheerforce btu since its gssa im going with power. gssa is more about being sharp and selling it then difficulty so that i believe is how power is going to win. but im still hoping my team gets a bid period that would be tight. and one last thing whoever wins the bids i give you my full support in worlds best luck to you and you really deserved it especially when its the best of the best in cali at one comp going for the same bid.

I was there in atlanta, and American was not "screwed" out of their bid at cheersport. Maryland twisters was BY FAR the best team in that division, regaurdless of the fact that they dropped their pyramid on day one. They dropped their pyramid and still won a full paid bid. that's how good they were. American had many touchdowns and some bobbled stunts, but they overall looked pretty good. American did however get an at large bid from cheersport, and did pretty well in the standings, but they were not "screwed" out of their bid.

Oops! I forgot to put my opinion on the super six. I beleive that the Super Six will be (in no special order)

POWER large seniors
All American small coed
POWER small seniors
Cheerforce large coed
Motions large coed
Cheerforce small coed

I have only seen video clips of cheerforce at spiritsports (real cheer tv) and they seem pretty good, all the other teams I have seen.

Knowing that you are a former SBE cheerleader Bryan I can't help but think you are wishing you former team ill will. I will tell you that you have not seen SBE lately, They are INCREDIBLE!!! ( and no I am not an SBE cheerleader).

well I dont cheer for either Motions or SBE....but Bryan was just stating his top six. Just because someone does not list SBE..here it goes again...the complaining...dont worry SBE...if you bring it why are you worried what Bryan thinks?! Also from previous posts from Byran I do not detect any ill feelings what so ever and think he has been very supportive of his former team........enough...people are entitled to their picks!!!! Here are mine and who I really hope ends up in the top 6... Please remember they are what I think and dont get all pissy

Your right American didn't hit in Georgia and fully expected to be second to F5 regardless, but F5 already had a paid bid from NCA. American "got screwed" this weekend at USA, they hit they had all the elements, and still walked out of their with their heads held high. Good luck to all

inr esponse to whats someone put.. we appreciate hwo somehow we always talked abotu on this mesasge board and all but whoever posted that abotu bryan having ill will towards us said they were nto from SBE.. so for that person to reply as if we're the ones negating his post is kinda rude.

First, I have no ill will towards South Bay and I wish them good luck this weekend at GSSA. I'm actually talking to my friend Brittany K. (one of my best friends) from South Bay Large Coed this year right now, and she knows my opinions on the matter. Ill will? No, just my opinion. Ironically, she does not think my team (Motions) will get into the super 6. Do I sense ill will? Of course not.

As for "To Bryan"-- I have always ben an American Fan and knowing that they got 3rd place at worlds last year, I am still hoping they get their chance at worlds too! I've been an American Fan since my first year cheerleading, Good luck the rest of the season, Flyers!

First the reason that i said that american was screwed out of their bid was not because i thought in anyway that they were better than Maryland Twisters F5, but F5 actually had already gotten their full paid bid from NCA the weekend before, so they did not win the full paid bid at cheersport, American deserved the bid and they didn't even end up giving a full paid bid in lg senior advanced and American deserved it over Encore and Kentucky Elite in my opinion....just to clarify what i meant

I was at cheersport...and dont get me wrong i love American...but American beat kentucky elite, but lost to encore, F5 and two other teams, i know American got 4 or 5th place for sure i dunno which once tho...but from those standings i dont know how they got cheated out of a bid if more than one team besides F5 beat them and besides, cheersport judges video judge the competition so im pretty sure if there pyramid was illegal they checked it out...i do love American tho...good luck at the rest of your comps.
