Is Cheergyms a franchise, or all owned together, or just a bunch of gyms that decided to support each other? Your organization makes me jealous of you Nor Cal cheerleaders. Why can't all regions get along like that? My kids are no longer involved in allstar cheer, but when they were, the fighting, bitterness and resentment between the gyms was pretty sad. What's your secret?
They are all owned by Morton and Danny. Their secret is the best staff and gym managers around. The really care about the kids and make a huge impact on their lives. All star cheer is not for everyone but it is for us. Thanks Cheeergyms
The owners of cheergyms are also friends with owners of other gyms. AND the kids from cheergyms are frineds with kids from other gyms. There is competivness....but the support everyone has for eachother is HUGE. Kids from our gym will go to other gyms open gyms........it is one big happy cheerleading family!!!
Anything is possible with a willingness to succeed, and a positive attitude. Where there is a will, there is a way. Positive things come by example. Lead by example. Great things can come by working for and with others. Don`t forget to start with guidelines.
