Hey Danny and Morton!
I was just reading the Juy/August edition of Inside Cheerleading, and they featured a story about Special Needs All Star teams. I was wondering if you guys have ever considered starting a cheergyms.com special needs team? I just thought it might be kinda cool.

Yes. Jodi at Colony is currently developing a Special Needs program for us. We hope to offer teams at all our gyms in the 06-07 season!

We have a team, if you know anyone who is interested please send them to COLONY. We are currently practicing on Wednesdays from 4-5!!

I'm so glad to see this. I'm Chairman of the USASF Special Needs committee and we're encouraging gyms to start teams. As of 12/31/05 there were app. 60 teams at all star gyms around the country. For some additional tips, go to http://www.usasf.net/specialneeds.asp.
