Why is it that when we are frustrated by something that happened on our squad and we post a comment on the boards about it, it gets deleted? Why can't we vent our frustration, it's often easier to write it than say it out loud. Should we talk to our coaches about it in private? Danny & Morton is that what you reccommend?
What you need to do is air out your problems directly to your team. A public forum is not the place. You don't have to say it out loud. Send your team an email. These boards are just never going to become a place for people to complain about bad practices or what someone said to them with a dirty look. Imagine how that would get outta hand.
