hey gold...what up are you sore and feel like a bulilding just landed on you??? me too! but only because we all worked sooo hard and really came through toghether...as a team!! im so proud of everyone...im even proud of myself! we all adid an amazing awsome job and i have no doubts we cant do what we did at practice tonight on sunday! lets make people proud to be in the same gym as us...lets make jeff proud hey...i have some positives for tonight... -kate threw her tumbling EVERY SINGLE TIME!! whoop whoop -amber really improved on sticking stunts!! -alicia and pappito did am awsome job with the new basket!! -sean and bui for working the dance even when buis hair tie flew out and it was all up in her face!! -heather and chi burger for getting their super duper ro bkhs tucks to the same counts!! they look amazing too!! -liz being determined to keep her tuck...which will daf be a tuck nxt comp...i feel it -trica stuck preety much all of her stunts with the motions!! and she was no moss...all rock!!! yayayaya -christina...we did that pyramid...all it takes is encouragment..."push!! big push!!!'' -and to everyone elso for just being the most postive you could be!! sorry i didnt complament everyone...but my brain hurts...i cant think but ya...awsome job tonight...i hope yall have a great weekend...and ill see you all sunday!! dont forget your uniforms!! love you guys sooo much!!! senior gold for life baby love always...chandler xoxoxoxoxoxox

I want to continue with what Chandler said with some more compliments-
- K. Hann for finally smiling in her moving prep : ) - Jaime for hitting that round off flip flop tuck every time I saw you. It's comforting to know that you are working so hard out side of practice and I do not have to worry about your skills- thanks! - Alicia's basket in the tumbling-- I believe that is Kristina, Shawn, Catie, and Teresa. I am proud of how hard you have worked to improve that basket and it is showing, I do not want you to think I didn't notice. You girls are doing great- thank you! - Natalie- well, you know what for : ) I am very proud of you! - Hana for being the best teammate ever and being so supportive. - Tori, Kate, Liz, Jaime, Brittany, Britani (even though you did not tell me what was wrong) K. Hann and everyone else who is feeling pain in their joints and muscles and still NEVER complaining or using it as an excuse- I LOVE IT! (but remember, if it is an injury and you just cannot do the skill- you need to let me know so we can adjust things in the routine accordingly) - To the team for finally understanding the counts for the pyramid. - And for those who threw their toe touch back handsprings every time I asked. Remember ladies- Shawn is the only one who let me know she just cannot throw it with her injury. I want to see them all thrown : ) 23 of them- Thank you!

Hey girls....yeah i am extremly sore haha....and now i am even more sore cuz i had to go get shoots :(...oh well!!,..I was extremley proud of the team last nite..we really steped it up and came to practice as a team.....good job girls and Jeff (peter positive!! )whoop whoop let go girls lets keep it up.....i have some complements as well....
