Reminder!


Hey everyone! Just a reminder for everyone to stay/get into shape! Everyone needs to be on top of their game and its hard when your endurance and strength is shaky. So go to the gym, either a cheer gym or a workout gym, and do something. Go running and do sit ups in your living room if you need to. Im going to Jazzercise cuz i know that that is the fastest/best way for me to get into shape. And start eating healthy, no more fast food and soda! haha, as hard as that is. So everyone needs to get into shape! We're a team! See everyone sunday!

Good point Tam! I want to go to Jazzercize! That sounds so 80's and so much FUN! I'm going to open gym on Wednesday night. Who else is going?!? I AM going to tumble this year! Just wait and see!

Hopefully i wont be sick anymore by sunday cuz this SUCKS! my fever is lower today at least.....anyways...see you all on sunday! only a few more practices and then we compete....keep working hard!!!
