Hey Ladies whats going on....Nice practice sunday to all the girls who were there!!!It was fusterating that girls were missing but like usual we always pull through!!!...I hope everyone is still working out outside of cheer...Emily Chandler and i went to open gym at Golden Gate yesterday and tumbled it up..were gunna start going on a regular basis...so i encourage more of you to come..It was really fun!! haha..Ok well ill see everyone on Thursday..Let keep up the hard work...Love you all....Heather L.
