I currently cheer competitively so that means we tumble on a spring floor. But, in two weeks I have my high school cheer tryouts! So now I have to tumble on a wooden floor! All my skills (round off hand spring layout and standing tuck) came easy to me except a toe touch Backhand spring tuck. I don't know why but I can't get over the fear of doing it on the hardwood floor! I can do a backhand spring tuck with out the toe touch just not together! I also am afraid to do a toetouch tuck on spring floor and wood so that won't help in tryouts. If I don't do a toetouch handspring tuck I probably won't make it. Can anyone help me get over the fear of this skill! Or something cool I can do for a jump to tumbling without the tuck! (I need a plan B)
