Cherraintenuf..... First of all OC and West Coast have nothing but respect for eachother. They supported one another last year at worlds and they will continue to do so. Second of all, the senior 5 team was trying out a new world's routine that they just learned a week ago. They did an an amazing job considering the time they have had to practice. And the girl who was marking had a hurt wrist and ankle. she is an amazing tumbler who was throwing a double full with one hand the first day of the competition! I usually do not comment on negative texts as well ,but this post definitly deserved a response. These girls work very hard and people like you try to stir up all this unnecessary drama. Please get your facts straight before you come on these message boards. OC is one of the most humble gyms i know. Their athletes and all the other gyms attending that competition worked very hard. Those jackets were well deserved!

And while we're at it....

OC Jr 4 and Sr. Open 5 received Grand Champion AND had the two highest scores of the entire competition which IS something to brag about!!

Way to go OC girls, wear that jacket with pride!!!! :)

I think it's fine if OC small girls 5 wants to practice their new routine for worlds. Kudos to the girls that tried their doubles but didn't land them. AND Kudos to their open 5 for getting the grand champions. You must admit it probably was a bit of a thrill for them to beat out Black :) IMO OC Junior 4 was the best team at the comp.

yes they competed both places, and i took first at best of the west and 2nd at coa. they were a really solid. team. OC Jr. 4 amazes me everytime i see them. the whole rewind pyramid concept

Agreed!! Do you guys like their New Stunts or Old Stunts? I was so used to their old ones, but the new ones are harder&I also LOVE the song their New stunt song! (: i thought those stunts they were solid both days!
And the Sr O5 FLyers team, was Really good also, solid stunts!

there is no rivalry between west coast and OC as a west coast athlete i can honestly say that OC athletes are all nice, respectful people and we have no reason for a rivalry with them.
