Seriously Annon revel in your own teams amazing performances and victories and please refrain from rudely speaking about other kids who have no doubt worked very very hard to even step on the floor at a competition like this.
Congrats to all the teams that got bids! I do have to say I don't think NCA should have gave away as many bids. How can a team that placed 23rd get a bid? That's just ridiculous. They are basically hand me down bids because all the teams above already had bids. I'm not trying to be rude, but I still think the bid system needs to be tweaked.
You should relay your message to Top Gun who, according to NCA's website, received bids at that competition. I'm sure their level 6 team would agree with you and throw in the towel. NOT!
Question Annon360: How many Worlds Bids have your team(s) received? I'm sure you wouldn't be saying this if it was your team or gym on the receiving end.
I am sorry for bringing or adding to any negativity on this board but comments from Annon360 are very transparent. .

No matter how or where you receive your bid it is a HUGE accomplishment. In fact simply being able to offer a Level 5 or 6 team at your gym is not an easy task.
Congratulations to ALL bid winners.
Good luck at Worlds and be sure to soak in every minute of it. Especially if it's your first time. There's nothing like it!

Not sure how I feel about this. Now teams with at large bids will have to compete in a prelim early Saturday morning at Worlds. Only 50% of these teams will compete with everyone else in the afternoon. Not sure if some of these teams with at large bids will even go to Worlds. It's a lot of money to spend especially if you're coming from California to have your official worlds performance over by 9 in the morning. And not sure that even means you technically competed at worlds if you're on the bottom half in the prelim.

Wether you come in first or dead last if you go out on the floor and do your routine you have competed at Worlds. It is a lot of money but when you are on a level 5 team going for a bid you understand that there is additional cost. It goes back to this competition actually being held in different locations with the possibility of not having to travel or how bought it actually becomes a true Worlds and our athletes go out of the country.
Wow Congrats to Cali for 10 NCA national titles! More than Stingrays!
I think what makes this even more incredible is that they had 10 titles with no (well few) cross competers. The depth on Cali is unbelievable. Congrats to Cali! and when are you going to open up a gym in the Inland Empire or San Gabriel area?

That is only for divisions with 40 or more teams.
This is really no different than how the international teams compete at Worlds. A Bid is a Bid and Worlds is amazing. Lucky are those teams that are fortunate enough to compete amongst the best. Good luck to all.
