USASF Gym Owners and coaches if you registered to vote for the proposed rules for the 2011-2013 cycle,  you should have received your necessary four digit registration number and the directions via email.   Emails were sent out to the registered voters yesterday morning and again yesterday afternoon.    If you registered to vote and did not receive an email, it may be because on your USASF website profile your email addresses were not listed, or it went to your spam mail.  Please check both,  and update your profile on the website immediately.  

If you did not receive it, each coach must email me directly at kwilson@allstarelitecheer.com in order to receive your registration number. 

I want to reiterate that the USASF/NACCC has gone to great lengths to insure the integrity of the vote so that you, as a member can be assured of the legitimacy of the process.    If a coach or gym owner did not register by the deadline, they will not be allowed to vote.     Numerous emails, newsletters and announcements have been readily disbursed to ensure that all members were fully aware of the process and all of the deadlines. 

These proposals are not  “written, or submitted  by  the USASF”  they were initiated through USASF gym owners and USASF coaches.  Again the process for submitting a proposal for a rule change, edit or deletion, was clearly communicated to the all of the members of the USASF.    At the USASF Regional meetings held across the country over the summer, gym owners and coaches participated in the process.   The proposals that were submitted had to be supported by at least three other USASF credentialed coaches.    After each USASF Regional Meeting the proposals were uploaded to the USASF website for all to see, including the video documentation of the discussion, the pros and the cons.

The Proposals were then slated and available for everyone to review.   On Tuesday, January 4^th the annual NACCC Coaches Congress was held in Atlanta and the discussion regarding the slated proposals was webcast.  You can still view the meeting at www.usasf.net. 

Now is the time to vote:) (Again, you had to register by the deadline in order to be eligible)

The USASF and the NACCC is dedicated to make sure that the voices of the coaches is heard.  I can attest for all our members that the process was the most well executed and transparent effort to date.      It is now up to those of you  who registered to make sure and complete the process and VOTE!
