Good practice lastnight ladies. I just want to say I'm really happy with our hard work and dedication we gave lastnight. Everyone pulled it together despite our lose of one of our team members. This is the kind of additude we need to get threw this year w/ pride and victory. I'm so happy with the way this team is turning out. And I take SO MUCH pride in Senior Gold. Keep up the good work ladies.

SENIOR GOLD ROCKS! I am so excited you girls! I woke up at 6am thinking of what we can do to continue with great practices. I have a couple ideas for our stunting routine and to get us ready for Summer Jam- I cannot wait to show everyone what we have been working on and HOW HARD YOU GIRLS HAVE BEEN WORKING! Jeff and the Senior Gold team: No problem. I enjoyed it a lot. It's nice helping out a team that's older. With not coaching an older team, I would love to help you (Jeff) with any more situations you ever are in. Great job you guys. Your routines look amazing. I LOVE the jump section.
