Actually a sample was put out way before any uni's were ordered. Real hater all-stars on this board. I think everybody needs to get over the uniform and lets focus on what matters which is what teams do on the floor. just like the previous post, they're the same as any other gk uniform! i think its just "ugly" or "too short" because they have the word Fierce on them cause if it had a different name on them everybody would be all about the uniforms. wow. sorry but i'm so tired of Fierce getting trashed on here year after year. and i don't know if you guys forgot this little detail but the parents are the ones who help their daughters find a good size.. so apparently they approved. its not like the coaches are sitting there saying "no thats too long, take more off the skirt."

I'm not a hater. I used to think Fierce had the cutest uniforms. I just don't think that anymore.

I dont think it has anything to do with the name fierce at all to be honest. Someone from the gym posted puctures on another message board (not a california one) and it got the same exact responses, and those were from people who dont even know who fierce is.

Don't think people are hating, they're just stating their opinions but sometimes opinions can hurt and sometimes people don't mean for them to hurt, just don't let it get to you...the discussion will disappear soon.

I think because you are with Fierce you are emotionally attached to the situation and are taking this very personal, but honestly upon first look I thought the skirts were shorts like bladez had, because they are so short on everyone it seems. But your right the tops are as short as CA's they have the same sport bra look, so maybe they are not short but with the tops cut so high and the skirts riding so low....lots of skin showing, and it is okay that is the all star look of the moment!

yeah i take it personal because every year its the same thing.. when it comes to fierce people are just rude. i totally and completely understand stating your opinion. but you can always do it in a nice way. and i never say anything to the posts about us so finally i decided to post back. we are very happy with the uniforms and are excited to compete with them. soo everybody goodluck and have a great season..

I don't see why the GK Uniform that Fierce All Stars has is any different than any other Gk? I have seem several pictures of different GK uniforms, they all seem to be made the same. I personally like the new Fierce uniforms, as well as California All Stars', Cheer Tyme, and Ultimate Athletics. One thing is for sure, they all look different on the floor.

Stating your opinions is fine, being down and out rude is NOT. I personally think it shows absolutely no class or character to come on a message board and say things like that. JMO, good luck to all teams this year

Maybe you guys should look into that....I find it strange that people are just randomly rude... just to fierce, and I did state my opinion very nicely, I can't speak for others

First of all - Fierce people, get off the boards. I am the voice of reason here, not you. Just like that one quote says "Its better to be talked badly about than not to be talked about at all." (or something like that) So to all the fierce people who are on these boards, remember that and don't let the little things that people say get to you. Drive your enthusiasm and passion about our program away from the boards and towards the important things in our gym like one of our favorite team moms, DJ Perry who is trying to beat stage 4 breast cancer. These are the important things in life. Love and care is what our gym is... Throw your energy into something positive. After all, 3 years from now those uniforms will be long gone and no one will remember this topic. So like I said in the beginning... Fierce moms and athletes - stay off the boards. Miss Megan can handle all.

Anyway... As for the uniforms. Someone above stayed that they were just like any other GK uniform, and that is true. We saw Maryland Twisters F5s uniforms and wanted the gk look. So we went for it. Drew up something and had a sample made. Parents had positive feedback and everyone loved it. The black is a 4 way stretch shiny black. I'm sure you'll either love it or hate it - and I don't really care either way. The biggest concern from all our long time fierce members was that they were going to miss the two tone look. So instead of diminishing it all together we did one arm pink and one arm black. The pink arm kind of looks like snakeskin, like the bow and the black is the 4 way stretch with rhinestones all over. I love them and our kids and program loves them. So I guess that's really all that matters. The look we have, we wanted. And again, looks like any other Gk uniform - twisters, ultimate athletics, CA, and all the rest. There's nothing different about them besides the fact that they are pink and black.

I hear ya Megan!!! Believe me before we switched to the new uni's we got the same response. I think they are adorable! =)

The GK uni is very popular this year, but most people on this board haven't seen it as much as on the other board. The only one out here is CALI. This isn't like the Cali uni. Their top is longer, the back is diff (I love the back of yours) and the skirts are longer on some, but that doesn't dictate what anyone else can do. You're so right some people are only hating it because the name Fierce, but some will love it because the name Fierce. What is completely out of line is the rude comments. Imagine you or your daughter being so excited that they are finally wearing the uni of a team they've admired for a long time or a veteran who has Fierce running through her veins. Then you read or hear about what is being said. Girls are so self conscious, and unsure. I don't care who you are, your feelings would be hurt to hear someone says some of the things that have been said on here. Don't you expect that they would feel they have to defend themselves. The judging is for the mat and to be done by the judges. All that matters Fierce is that you love your uni and continue to love your uni, you don't have to explain anything to anyone. Good Luck on your season. And I hope your girls wear their unis with Pride.

Well having seen all the GK unis on another board I am happy to see something different. I think firerces new uni is unique just like them and I really look forward to seeing it in person. So girls hold your head high and do what you do best! Good Luck this season. And for the record I am not part of the Fierce organization, just an observer who hates haters!
