Just a reminder to all of Motions, Flex team IS NOT mandatory. This year's camp is going to be much more of a workout then in year's past. I would suggest it if and only if you think you'll be able to give your full effort during the day. If you think it will wear you out and that you won't be able to give all your effort during classes, it may not be a good idea.
And besides, the way I understand it, Flex team ain't going to be a walk in the park, or even a little run up the stairs...
Even last year it was a walk in the park, or a run up the stairs.. it was more like a 30 min run up and down the stairs.. and a run around the college sprinting to the front of the line. i only held up for 2 days. lol
