just wanted to stop by and say a huge thank you to Nelson for stopping by our co-ed practice and givign us a work out of a life time! after all the whining crying and throwing up it was defenetally worth it! thanks! - stubby

I've never seen so many kids in one practice run to the bathroom so quickly to release their lunch. lol. You worked them out and I know that all of the kids appreciated it a lot. If that was taking it easy, then I wish your team the best of the luck at all future practices. LOL! You guys are amazing, and I can't wait to see you at camp.

They think I'm tough? ha ha ha! Wow- that was awesome to watch last night! I wanted to thank you for stopping by to help us (the coaches) get a better idea of things to try with our teams. There is no better way to improve your coaching skills than watching a great coach in action. I can only pray for my team this Thursday. They thought Sunday was bad- HA HA HA! : ) Feel free to stop by the gym anytime- thanks for the help,

Hey Nelly,

Thanks for coming by last night. I know that the kids appreciate the workout you gave them. I think that we should do the coach switch-a-roo between our teams more often. But of course a round of golf would be involved prior to the practice...lol!!! Thanks again!!!

P.S. Sr. Maroon, I heard that Alex was the first one to stand up the standing 1/2...is that true??? I'll just have to see for my self when I come by practice again.

Jensen, I would say its pretty close. Although, unfortunately for you, you get me 4 hours a week.

Cheer Gal, I don't enjoy making people throw up. And I only know of one person that did that day, and it had more to do with their diet then with the work I put them through. A proper diet before practice and hydration throughout will ensure that throwing up won't happen.

as much as my body is screaming in pain.....to the point where i can't walk.....im loving the tough workouts. thanks nelson!!! you definetly weren't lying about it being 10 times harder than small senior practice last year. AHHH CANT WAIT TILL TOMORROW!!!
