Tips for new flyer?


Can anyone offer any tips on being a new flyer?  Especially extended single leg stunts?  How exactly to hold up their weight?  Thanks!

the best way to hold your weight is to stay as tight as possible.  lock all of the muscles in your body and do not wiggle.  let your group balance you. do not try to balance check. 

stong muscles..especially core strength is very critical.

pull up

like lift your shoulders

stay tight

excpecially in your core muscles (abs) and legs

 

(im a base and when flyers do this its so much easier (: .. )
