WOW! What a day yesterday! I'm so happy that at least for a little while I get to work with all THREE Motions Teams!!

Senior Black... You ladies are off to an AMAZING start! The way you pushed through the tiredness and the headaches and the heat yesterday was, is, and will be EXACTLY the work ethic that sets you apart from everyone else throughout the rest of the year. Keep working like that... And there is NO TELLING where you will be in a year!!

Junior White... GREAT JOB! I know I speak for both Nikki and myself when I say this, but we are SOO proud of you. You are BY FAR the most talented Junior team Motions has ever started with, and seeing where all our Juniors have finished in the past, I know great things are ahead of you! Your tumbling yesterday was SO GOOD! Way to concentrate on your form and work hard on your basics to get through Level 1! Most of you only have a few stickers left to get!
And Flyers... I made you a NEW chart last night, and this one actually LOOKS good! Hehe! You little ladies are doing great, but still have alot to work on. So when your in the gym a little bit early, grab a beam and practice! And at home..... STRETCH STRETCH STRETCH!!!!

Senior Maroon... You rock. You all worked so hard on your tumbling last night! Now you all need to be in the gym MORE! Some of you are SO CLOSE to new skills, if you were in the gym working on them just a little bit extra, you could get them in no time!
Courtney, Alexis, Reann, and anyone else that threw something for the first time last night, AWESOME JOB! Way to step it up. Thats the exactly the attitude that Nelson is expecting from this team. The kind where you just get the job done. And thats just what you did last night, you took care of the business you needed to take care of.

Well, if you can't tell, I'm so excited for Motions as a program this year. You are all apart something GREAT, and you have AMAZING coaches to lead you through what will be Motions best season yet!
