PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE work them out, tire them out, do what ever it takes!!! Amanda has been driving me NUTS these past weeks. She can't stand not going to the gym. She wanted to go last night and just hand out and watch the Junior team.
And about working them out.... As a "Nelson Survivor"... I dont think its something you gotta worry about!! Making kids work and sweat is like second nature to him!
