Different thats for sure. It may take some getting used to; hope everyone at ca enjoys them.

Personally, I really liked the old unis.

I think the uniform style has potential of being great depending on the colors and their placement. The skirts don't hide as much with that type of fabric, but it sure looks comfortable to wear!

I LOVE the sparkle!! And having "Cali" on the top front is a terrific choice, instead of "CA" which is Cheer Athletics to many. It gives Cali their own identity. Of course it looks great with the sparkle too!!

Is, this their actual uni, beacuse, like cea, they just had like worlds unis so, this might be the same thing?

Maybe just for worlds, but who know I lovee themm, :)

I think they're cute because they're different and I haven't seen anything like it. They also look very comfortable and that matters a lot also. Did they get new bows or is that just me???

I think it was at NCA in Dallas, F5 had a new uniform much like the Cali one, except F5 had shorts. It was from gk-elite sports wear. They're known for gymnastics clothing. I don't know if it's the same company used by Cali.

yes it's the same company, GK Elite. I think they both had some sort of deal with them to promote their new line of cheer uniforms. F5 wore them the 2nd day of Worlds too. here's a side by side comparison

I like the look of the fabric itself, the style of it, and the bling, and it looks like a comfy fabric to wear, but afraid to say it shows every bump and bulge. Unless you have a perfectly firm figure with no spillage, it's not very flattering. Maybe some are just not fitted that well and too tight making tummies spill over. Some of the girls look great, some not so great. Sorry, JMO. I prefer uniforms that are more flattering to every figure on the team or at least fitted a little better.

they are leotards with a skirts. . . most gymnast are more fit then cheerleaders. leos are comfortable but there is no hiding in them.

Me too. I love the look of shorts, because cheerleading is a sport so I think we should wear shorts so we don't have to worry if our skirts are flipped up, or is someone can see under them. Shorts are more altheltic and are probably more comfortable and one less thing to worry about in all the chaos during the routine. If every team wore shorts I think more people would view cheer as a sport, not just yelling while waving pom-poms. I love your uniforms F5. I also love CA's because the skirts are still in style.

Exactly, GK ELITE is a vendor for gymnasts leotards, among other things. The idea is great, but I agree you have to be completley fit to look good in that uniform. I like the bling and I like that they are different, in person and on the stage they look great!!So let's see what the new cheer season brings for cheer uniforms. Who else is going with GK? Just curious..........
