The placements were not right!
Power delivered a difficult AND clean routine. How many standing fulls do they have?? Definitly in my opinion should have placed higher than CA and made top 10. Cheerforce and CA were my biggest suprises.

Cheerforce was incredible. Yes, they had a tumbling error but look at the difficulty of the whole routine. They had at least 3 or 4 standing fulls, and incredible running tumbling. 6 stunts put up in the air cleanly and the most beautiful 1 1/2 ups I have ever seen! Their dance is incredible and was NOT sloppy. I have never seen them sloppy! The definitly should have placed at least 3rd.

CA did not deserve top 10. Sorry. They don't have but what 1 standing full? They need more running tumbling and their stunts are horrible. No difficulty. 3 do the slowest full ups with a slow 1/2 turn (looks like they were copying Cheerforce) while one of the girls did a half up. Their dance is incredible and the girls are electric when they are on the stage. (partially due to their uniforms maybe) Their dance is one of my favorites, but their stunting and tumbling was disappointing. Not a top 10 routine.

Cheergyms was clean but not too difficult of a routine. To be top ten you have to have both.

Magic was incredible day one. A touchdown I think but WOW! Where did they come from? The could have easily been top 10 if they would have hit day 2. Your heart just broke for them day 2. The stunt fell but she went right back up and those girls worked it like nothing happend. They fought til the end. Good job ladies and next year everyone better watch out!

Woodland elite dropped a stunt and only had 4 stunt groups and still made top 10? Stingrays had a HUGE tumbling collision and won? There were definitly some question marks, but all in all a great weekend with awsome people. Until next year!!

I would have to say I agree with Spectator 09.

I feel Power should have placed high then CA, and made top 10. I couldn't find one flaw in their routine and it was not "safe" it had a lot of tumbling and stunting skills.

Cheerforce was incredible, but I dont know about third, but definitely higher then what they did place.

A team that drops a stunt, and as everyone is saying with only 4 stunt groups should NOT place 3ird.

Magic looked much better then the rest of the year, but I dont know if they would have made top ten when teams like Power, Marlins, and PAC didn't.

But hey, what can we do?

Your right. No I don't mean Magic should have been top 10 but definitly not 26th either. But that is ok there is next year and I think Magic is going to be force to contend with. That team is all heart!

POWER looked amazing day two! congrats on 2 awesome performances and thank you for coming and supporting us on Saturday it ment a lot to all of us to walk out and see you all cheering for us! thank you again.

All American- What a year its it has been im proud of all of us for things we have accomplished this year.

Small Senior:
Magic should have places higher
Power should have been in top 10, they were amazing

American I was so lgad to see then in finals. Love the routine and boy did they work it out. Ive been rooting for them all season and in happy to see their hard work payed off

Cali should have been in finals with out a doubt. I was so amazed with them. They did so well. So muh tumbling and a great routine.
Cheerforce OMG where did that team come from. Those stunts were so great. All of those toe fulls were amazing. I didnt really like the routine but the talent on the team is undeniable. It was great to see you could still score with the top dogs even with all of your mistakes. That lets you know if you would have it you woul have been a force to be recond with. Who is the lass pass by a girl?? Her full whip double was amazing

Cali i was so happy they hit. Some of my loves are on that team lol I was so excited. They did amazing, but as for finals i just dont think they cut it. Routine was a little slow not much dificulty. It lacked the cali flare

Yea i thought that CEA RAYS CF EE CA would all be in top 5

This weekend was weird!!! And what it this im herein about CF geting a 7 in tumbling?!?!?!?!

Yeah rays had a tumbling bust but they routine was on a whole different level than everyone else. They tumbling was insane, stunts were great, dance was amazing, they have jumps to kill for, there is just so much about them that pushes them on top. I seriously think even if cheerforce hit they would have not been top 3 maybe not even top 5. Yeah they have good tumbling and stunts but that is. Their choreography/music is not good at all and They dont sell their routine at all. Theses more to cheerleading than having talent you have to put on a show or you get lost in the crowd. Thats why i think cali placed as high as they did. Are they talented yes but not anywhere near as talanted as some of the teams they beat or placed near. They know how to put on a show and get noticed, thats what pushes them ahead. JMO

i think they sell the crap out it not so much on day 1( they looked tired! good but tired) but day 2 they worked it out. and if you think putin on a show is y CA was up as high as they were then did then y did you say

The opening of the rouine is choreographed a little slow for my liking, like ive said before on the board. The motions before the pyramid and the stunt were a little off also. But thet doesent change the fact that those girls work it out and leave their hearts on the floor.

Magic beat PAC, POWER, and MARLINS on Day one and was in 14th place, So Actually if they hit, they would of been ahead of them and it really was devastating when that girl fell my heart sunk, but your right they got right back up there straight away and finished the stunt and the rest of the routine was amazing
26th place??? NO WAY but what can you do?? I am excited to see what they bring to the floor next year

OC- Looked great until the pyramid. UGH they fell apart
CA- lacked difficulty but clean
CEA-amazing! i thought they should of won
cheerforce- always impressive but not good enough this year
PAC- i dont know what happened with them, not a good season for them
az power- looked good, but not top 10 good
woodlands-4 stunts? not impressed
stingrays-looked great LOVE mckenzie rutan!
maryland marlins-not top 10 worthy but looked good

PERFECT was the key at WORLDS this year ! please remember that everyone, thats why teams like PAC MAGIC CHEERFORCE didn't place high you couldn't make mistakes this weekend ! but don't get me wrong you had to of had that difficulty as well which is where california all stars lacked

I dont think arguing over what should have happened is going to make a difference now. The results are in and they are final. I am on POWER and I personally could not be any happier with the way this weekend went. Of course I wish we would have placed higher, but who doesn't. We had an absolutely perfect performance on day 2, no one can take that away from us, and I could not ask for a better way to end my cheer career. The feeling after finishing that performance and seeing my team mates and coaches crying in happiness was just as good as a metal in my heart.

To every girl on POWER's small senior team, I love each and every one of you, and I am soooooo glad I came out of retirement and finished my time with POWER on the floor at WORLDS with you. I will never forget it and I thank you for pooring your heart out and going as hard as you could, its a moment i will never forget. To John and Richard, I practically grew up in your gyms and I thank you for helping me become the person I am today. I love you both!

That being said, great job to every team that attended. And now its over and done and everyones eyes and hearts need to be focused on the coming season. Start preparing for WORLDS 2010, you better believe ill be there yelling !! =) The cheer world can't get rid of me that quickly. Good luck in the coming season!!

I totally agree! Who wants to pay to watch cheerleaders fall or stumble? This is worlds and you expect to see teams hit their routines. I mean, they had all year to perfect their routines. You can't be making mistakes and expect to still come up on top. Executing level 5 difficulty is key to winning. JMO.

Pretty much all teams this weekend made mistakes. It's stressful and Nerve racking getting on that floor, no matter how well you did this season or how confident you were, my team had a great season and was very consistent and this weekend was not our best! Stuff happens... and it's out of your control. We will NEVER make that mistakes again, we learned a lot and im sure all the other teams did too so CONGRATS to all teams this weekend WE'RE ALL WINNERS.
