I just watched the VOD of power, I do not understand how they did not place higher, they were perfect.

Also thought F5 should have placed higher then 4th.

Were you there? I was, (typing this from the airport), and anyone that was there would not be surprised to find that there wasn't an error in Judging. I never saw so much outrage during the announcements. I hope it is addressed were it should be, with the officials and the corrections made.

Surprise, surprise!  Somebody thinks they should have won and didn'tno   I say, let the winners own it.  Are we really going to question every judging event?
By the way, what do you think the outcome should have been?  What did we all miss?

I don't know what you guys saw. I'm hoping what I saw was a just what is being said, an error in judging and I prefer to leave it at that. The record should be set straight. Too many of us saw a real problem and this isn't directed at one specific team and if you feel it is, then perhaps you too know that there was a real issue at the awards for Small Srs last night. I haven't had the opportunity to look at a video yet and perhaps that is where you are "missing" it, but folks in the arena were left speechless, therefore, I don't think you were there and that would explain what you are missing.

Uhhh "Rude".   Is there a pattern here?  Small Senior 5 Mama Drama.  My goodness, if we can't trust the "Worlds" judges, then why are we doing this?  It's getting pathetic.  Everyone can't be the winner.

So for those of us who weren't there to see the Sm. Sr. judging last night, what were the problems/errors?  Please set the record straight.

Last year at Worlds, SoCal received fourth and Stingrays fifth in Lg Ltd Coed. Afterwards, there was discussion with officials, a change was made, and both teams ended up being tied for fourth. Things do happen.

As far as small senior yesterday, I was at home, following a message board where twitter comments were posted, along with comments from people who were there. When placements were announced, I was surprised just from the notes I had made. Obviously I wasn't there and I'm not a judge, but was still a bit surprised.

I know coaches and gym owners who will question results when they believe there was a mistake made in scores. Some seem to over do it, but there are times when even me, as just an old cheer mom, wonders what the heck just happened when placements are announced.

Your attempt to dismiss this issue as "mama drama" was unnessary. It is obvious that you were not in attendance and your comment reflects that. I don't recall anyone talking about winning or placements for that matter, only about the error that I hope is in review. But you made a good point about trusting the worlds judges and I hope that the mistakes will be made right for all teams involved.

Just for the record, during the judging session today at the USASF conference, a lot of the coaches (not from Power or Cali) were asking very pointed questions about the small senior scoring.

I watched the videos from the top 25. Yes some should have placed higher and some lower, but this is a subjective sport. I didn't see anything major that should be a cause for concern. I wish that they would put in more solid scoring so that all judges will score the same as anyone else who is put in the same seat. Congrats to all the teams they did great and put on a great show for all of us.

Was it because Stingrays had a tumbling fall and still took 1st, or was there more to it than that?

Hi, were the 25 videos from Finals? I say that because you mention that you didn't see anything major.

That was included, but there was more.
