Are there level 5 teams from California that aren't going to worlds? You don't have to name any....was just wondering if there are any that didn't get a bid?
There are level 5 teams that did not try for a bid. That is why there are non - world's divisions. This does not mean they are not good! There can be many reasons that teams did not try for a bid from experience level to economic concerns.
