Get ready..... keep your eyes open......for the new athletic sports complex coming to Ventura. This new facility will highlight competitive cheer and olympic gymnastic training. The new corporation is a group of physicians banding together to create the most safe training for the young athlete. Ground breaking coming next month, huge facility 30thousand square feet. Filled with the best equipment and coaching staff from around the US and Europe. Mega, mega complex. Running track, olympic size pool, basketball, tennis, cheer, dance, gymnastics. Equipment with examining rooms, xray machines, spa, healthbar. This is going to be beautiful. The corporation has purchased several condos for the staff or the athletic that is traveling a distance to be on a team! This is so exciting!
Is this an individual cheer training camp or will it be an organized allstar cheer program? Who will be running the cheer program and when are the tryouts? Sounds interesting but the post is very vague.
Sorry, but 30K sq. ft. is to small of a facility to do all those things and do a great job at anything. The basketball court would take up a huge chunk of this and by the time you have all the other activities you don't have much left but for one floor for both the gymnastics and cheer. This is not a big all-star program in the making nor an olympic gymnastics training center. Team OC (Stealth) and American are both much larger than this without a basketball court and the rest. Call me a sceptic but I'll wait to see it first.
