A club from Foxboro, Mass is coming to this one I believe..."Cheer Factor" including their sm. senior 5 "X Factor". Some of them have been asking me if PAC is going to WSF on my Youtube account. They are Worlds qualified as well by the way....

Panthers ( jr 2)= 5th out of 7 Sabers ( sr 2) 1st out of 3 Bobcats ( jr 3) 2nd out of 4 Tigers ( sr 3)= 1st out of 4 Pumas ( jr 4) 2nd out of 2 Jaguars ( jr 5) 2nd out of 2 Lions ( sr 5) 1st out of 3 Jungle Cats ( inter. coed 5) 1st out of 1
PCC had a really great weekend at WSF too...! Loved to have seen Magic there too but oh well.
Some scary injury moments during some of our routines, especially on IO5...thank God he'll be alright! Medics had him on the side of the mat for quite some time on Saturday until they immobilized and carted him away. Not sure of the exact problem though he came out on crutches Sunday. Nicole will be ok too...thank goodness! Got to hand it to Danae...that was major "taking the pain for the team power" aka "sucking it up and getting out there" with her current injury. Unreal.
PAC Lions were spectacular with their routine and the new changes, although some of them were STILL not satisfied with the performance overall...you guys will be perfection at Worlds, just wait and see! Still, they were 11 points ahead of the second place team on the first day. Difficulty, difficulty, difficulty was the key.
J5 Jags I personally feel should have won...they might not have hit their tumbling all that great, but their routine was FAR more difficult than the other teams in my opinion.
Getting the large program award was a first for the gym, if you consider PAC a large gym of eight teams...oh well, the banner will look cool with the others.
U.S. Finals here in Vegas is next...now I hear Lions will just "exhibit" there.

congrats to everyone... i just wish i didnt have like 100 bad encounters with PC... I had a girl steal something out of my bag, was yelled at by a parent for trying to support one of their teams.. which makes no sense so like 15 of us left. and than after awards while they were taking pictures with their banners there were backpacks and parents taking pictures so i stopped behind them waiting for a chance to get through.. i was told to get out of the way and still couldnt move so i got elbowed... ugh i dont know why some peope can be so mean. but other than that the competition was good. :)
cheer factor got choreography award for level 5 pac sabres (lrg sr 2) got choreography award for level 2
:]
That's weird. I thought if you have two gyms you were considered a large program. Desert Storm has two gyms, and well...I'm not sure how many girls, they look like they have a lot because they have a lot of teams, but I guess they double and triple up their team members.
Heycheer, I am sorry to hear you in your opinion was slighted in anyway by any member of the PC Family. I would like to take a second if you would permit me to address some of the issues you brought up in your post!! First, if indeed someone from PC cheer went into your bag and took anything that did not belong to them then that was indeed very wrong and would not have been tolerated by any parent or anyone of the coaches or owners in anyway. I wish and would strongly suggest if this were to ever happen again with our gym or any gym that you bring this up to your coaches so that they may address it with a coach or parent. I am sure this could have been resolved without calling or posting on the board that someone is a thief. Second item, I saw many instances where cheerleaders, parents and other supporters would not leave the priority seating area once their teams were done performing so that the cheerleaders, parents and supporters from the performing team could sit and enjoy the performance and had to be asked to please allow us to sit. I am sure no one would have yelled at you or be rude to and run you off if you were supporting our teams. I am going to put that one down as a misunderstanding!! Third issue, you are correct there was alot of activity and picture taking after awards were given out! We were all very excited and a bit saddened with this competition being our last of the season. If there happen to be a couple of bags in your way I apologize!! I don't even know if they were our bags but I seem to recall plenty of bags all over but I am sorry if any were PC bags. Being elbowed once again don't know anything about it but I am sure no cheerleader, parent or supporter would intentionally cause any harm to you or anyone else for any reason. So I do hipe in some small way I was able to clear things up and make things just a little better! We love coming to vegas and had a great time with all the gyms who attended and all the parents and supporters who we had the pleasure of meeting. Pacific Coast Magic is a fantastic program with wonderful and respectful cheerleaders, coaches, owners and parents!!So from my PC Magic family to yours I do hope we have the pleasure of meeting again and perhaps improving our standings in your eyes! So until next time, have a wonderful rest of your season and a safe and exciting summer!!

Any other Vegas teams going to U.S. Finals. Not hearing that many teams are going, or any Cali teams going?
