Wow! Honestly this was my opinion and I seen it how it was. For All of these newbie's that are on this boards must be from West Coast. I did not Slam these Girls I Just said they were not ready for a level 5. Some of these girls that threw thier fulls could have hurt themselves or sprain thier ankles if you seen how the landed them. Also if you go to the USASF grid and rulings you would know what I am saying on a Basic routine. Like I said I was at this competition and I could have said alot worst I just called it Like I seen it. If they combined the level 4 and 5 for the grand it probably would not have gone the way you seen it but again like I said it is my opinion and that is part of these boards to give your opinion, not bash teams. I did say congrats to all grand champions and west coast was one of them so what's the problem? If you can not handle opinions you should not be on these boards and start drama! And please Prove me wrong at Jamfest.
Again I hope your parents did not send you to a private school. Wow you did bash the team. You can call it what you want and believe what you want - but if it walks like a duck and quacks like a duck it is a duck.
For some odd reason I agree with what cheerologist is saying! When I first saw west coast at jamfest in pasadena I was like there ok but would be so much better level 4! I personally think they went level 5 to soon. You can disagree with me all you want but I don't really care, I think they did! Then to come on thd board and see people saying they are so good, and going to get grand champs, and beat this person, or going to beat these people, what other option do you have other than to be disapointed when you see then and they are not all of these things that were mentioned! And to even put they in the same category as magic and cheerforce as someone did in another thread is just crazy to me. These girls work hard no doubt but they are not on that level yet. When the time comes they will be butall of the cheerleaders, parents, and "fans" building up the hype on the board need to stop because it just gets peoples hopes up and when these girls don't deliver then what? They get talked about and people get mad! JMO
Like I said, we are a first-year level 5 team. We had a choice--stay 4 and have people criticize the team for unfairly dominating that level, or go 5 and have people criticize the team for going 5 too soon. Kind of a lose lose proposition--don't you think? Anyway, our girls are working hard to provide entertainment to the spectators as they continue to develop their skills. We did not attend competitions giving bids this season because we did not believe we could be competitive in Florida this year. Next year may be a different story. Time will tell.
Anyway, congrats to all of the teams who made Worlds. We know you will make us proud! Bring it home!
yea!!! seriously... those girl put their heart and soul out on the floor... yea they might no be the best team around but hey... they are kicking but out of 3rd year level 5 teams... soo i must hand it to them their hanging in there... but you cant say they stepped up to soon because have you not seen their routine.. its a level 5 ROUTINE!!! so i don think we should be "bashing" or tlking stuff about other teams.. its hurtfull and disrespectfull... and of course all the newbies are wes coast i would be defending my team to if someone had said that about my team?!!!!!!!!!

im sorry that you dont think our level 5 is not to your satisfaction. INFERNO last year did dominate and you have to start somewhere. this is our first year that WCA has ever had a level 5. And we have some of the most trained coaches working with our athletes. Some have trained in different countries. And a portion of the girls were hurt. But i think fahernheit has done great this year as well as BACKDRAFTand BLAZE. And i know all of those teams will continue doing great.

Well, since it is all about opinions, I happen to agree with you. You guys are amazing. Way to go! Good luck with the rest of your season. Noone has been the untouchable team in this year's run for California level 5, because every team has had their issues. I think that when you become a threat, is when the lousy opinions or remarks start coming across. I have watched your teams and I think not just your level 5 looks good, but all of your teams. Great program, way to go.
This is ridiculous.. FACT: cheerologist you are bashing not giving your opinion. FACT: even if they combined 4 and 5 together for grand champs Fahrenheit would've still taken it being that they scored a 9.23. How is it that they weren't ready to be level 5 if they beat the average score of all the level 5 teams that competed at that competition throughout the year? FACT: kick doubles, full ups, double downs, 9 full twisting layouts, toe touch tucks, and their amazing pyramid are all LEVEL 5 SKILLS IN A LEVEL 5 ROUTINE. FACT: The only drama started on this board was you bashing west coast therefor maybe you shouldn't post your so-called "opinions" if you can't learn how to word them right.. maybe "callin it like you seen it" isn't very respectful. They are a first year level 5 team and they are doing a fantastic job. So now that we have our facts straight... Good Luck to Everyone this weekend, It's going to be an amazing competition. Can't wait for the worlds previews. :)
