Looks like event producers are once again following trends started by CHEERSPORT. i.e. - splitting divisions of more than 15 teams. Everyone had such a fit about it and now, of all companies, NCA is following the same rule (although I don't think they are splitting worlds divisions). And I believe Spirit Sports did the same in Palm Springs.
It does make sense. I wouldn't want to be that 30th team in the division knowing the judges have been sitting there for 3 hours or more. I don't care how experienced you are as a judge, that is a long time to have to be that attentive.
Platinum and OC are both bringing only one team? Here's the California teams I could pick out.

I hear there are more than 100 dance teams and 500 cheer teams attending this competition. What a great event this will be. Any team that makes finals will know they have done a phenomenal job. Good luck all! Represent!
tap. tap. tap... well at least you guys got a glimpse of the cheer division--- waiting patiently (or impatiently) for the dance line up..... tap tap tap..... UGh.......
