I think it will be fun, and it gives the lower levels something to shoot for. My only problem with it is you have two "worlds for lower levels" -- the IALC, and the other one (whose name escapes me at the moment). If we're going to do this let's do it right and only have one. And I think everyone and their mom got a bid to IALC, which also cheapened it a bit; they should have made it a little harder to get. Still I'm looking forward to seeing how it works out.
Nor Cal Elite is also very excited to attend this competition.
We also found out today that our Senior Coed Level 4 team was awarded the Full Paid Bid from the Athletic Championships in San Mateo. These kids are very happy.
yes I like this idea too about the IALC but to me it seems like they are just giving the bids away if tou go to IALC website you can see who has bids all of cheer athletics teams all CA teams all POWER teams all stingrays teams it just to me seems like a nother regular competition. I think They should make it the best of the best level 1,2,3,4 teams
i agree. which ever team wins the division should be invited to the comp. and if that team already has a bid and wins again, then it would go to the second place team.. so on and so forth. i get that the companies need to get a little bit a cash out of the event (especially in todays times), but it would be nice to have a comp that only the top teams compete at.
I think it should only go to first place teams as well. Giving them out to second, third, fourth.... isn't exactly the BEST of the BEST. I'm sure it will take a couple of years before they get the glitches worked out. :)
What weekend is this?

Congratulations to them, well deserved! It would be fun to see which particular teams from California have received Paid bids to this (so far).
